I wanted to find something to go hand in hand with the boot camp classes at ATL but as with any workout I need something challenging fun and different every time. Yoga at ATL is the perfect mix of all of those things and it fits in perfectly with my daily boot camp classes.

I started yoga alongside my exercise program in January of 2016. I was green as green could be. If I didnt have Scott’s guidance, I’m not sure I could have kept it up. His guidance has grown my love for yoga and allowed me to embrace a practice I never imagined could be so challenging.
